uPVC Windows & Doors
uPVC Doors
Sealed, secure, weatherproof.
TSS uPVC doors are engineered for openings where moisture, weather and constant use defeat conventional timber. Built on rigid uPVC profiles with a 30 mm solid or insulated core, each leaf resists warping, swelling and rot — making it equally at home on a wet bathroom, an exposed balcony or a hard-working service entrance. The range spans glossy, FMD, hollow and poly-plast variants, so a single supply partner covers every opening in the building.

Multi-point locking and weatherseal gaskets give a tight, secure closure that keeps wind-driven rain, draughts and noise outside. The profiles carry no risk of termite attack, need no painting and wipe clean in seconds, which is why they are specified across residential, hospitality and commercial projects where lifetime maintenance has to stay low.
Manufactured to recognised international profile and door standards and CE-marked for the European market, TSS uPVC doors are supplied across Europe, North America and beyond with full technical and test documentation for specifiers, fabricators and main contractors.

▸Bathrooms & wet areas
Waterproof, rot-proof leaves stand up to constant splash and humidity without swelling or peeling.
▸Balcony doors
Weatherseal gaskets and multi-point locking keep wind-driven rain and draughts out of exposed external openings.
▸Utility & service
Hard-wearing, low-maintenance leaves suit laundries, stores, plant rooms and back-of-house circulation.
▸Main doors
Solid-core glossy and laminated variants give a secure, presentable entrance with minimal upkeep.
▸Hospitality & residential
Consistent finishes across en-suites, balconies and utility rooms simplify specification for apartments and hotels.
▸Warp & rot proof
Rigid uPVC will not bow, swell or rot, so leaves stay true through years of humidity cycling.
▸Waterproof
Closed profiles and low water absorption make the door ideal for permanently wet environments.
▸Termite proof
Inorganic uPVC offers no food source, eliminating termite and borer attack common to timber.
▸Low maintenance
Factory-finished surfaces need no painting and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
▸Secure closure
Multi-point locking and weatherstrip gaskets give a tight, draught-free and secure shut.
▸Colour-stable finishes
UV-resistant surfaces hold gloss and woodgrain colour without yellowing or fading.
EN 12608
Unplasticised PVC (uPVC) profiles for the fabrication of windows and doors — classification, dimensions and mechanical/weathering requirements of the profile.
EN 14351-1
Windows and external pedestrian doorsets — product standard defining performance characteristics (watertightness, air permeability, wind resistance, U-value) for CE marking.
EN 1670
Building hardware — corrosion resistance grading for hinges, locks and door furniture used on the leaf.
ASTM D4726
Rigid PVC exterior-profile extrusions used for assembled windows and doors — US specification covering impact, dimensions and weatherability.
ISO 9001
Quality management systems governing manufacture, inspection and traceability of the doors and profiles.
- ▸Store leaves flat or upright on edge protectors, clear of the ground and out of prolonged direct sun before fixing.
- ▸Set the frame plumb, level and square; pack at fixing points and avoid bowing the profile when tightening fasteners.
- ▸Fix into solid surrounds with corrosion-resistant screws at hinge and lock positions; do not over-torque into the uPVC.
- ▸Seal the frame-to-wall perimeter with a low-modulus weatherproof sealant to maintain the watertight line.
- ▸Check that gaskets seat fully and the leaf closes onto all locking points before handover.
- ▸Remove protective film promptly after installation to prevent adhesive residue baking onto the surface.

uPVC Doors
questions.
Hollow or poly-plast leaves are the usual choice for bathrooms and internal wet areas — fully waterproof and rot-proof, with glossy solid-core leaves reserved for main and feature doors.
Yes. With weatherseal gaskets and multi-point locking they are weatherproof and draught-resistant; for fully exposed positions we supply CE-marked doorsets tested to EN 14351-1.
No. Rigid uPVC has very low water absorption and will not warp, swell or rot, which is why it outperforms timber in permanently wet environments.
No. The leaves are factory-finished in gloss, matte or woodgrain and need only wiping clean; they are UV-resistant to hold colour without yellowing.
Multi-point locking with corrosion-resistant stainless or zinc-alloy hinges and lockset is standard; hardware grades to EN 1670 can be specified for higher-exposure projects.
Yes. Standard sizes ship from stock where available, while bespoke dimensions, finishes and hardware are made to order on a confirmed project lead time.
Each order is accompanied by a technical data sheet, applicable test reports, CE Declaration of Performance, warranty and full export paperwork for delivery across Europe, North America and beyond.
